This Privacy Policy explains how Overhaul Labs, a brand of Inbound Brands International SRL (“we,” “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website or contact us.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our form, we collect your phone number, your dealership name and your monthly marketing budget range. If you email or call us, we keep the details of that conversation.
Information collected automatically. We collect technical information needed to run the website, such as IP address, browser type and device information. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies and pixels (for example Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta) to understand how the site is used and measure our ads.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
To respond to your request and talk about our services: based on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries.
To call or text you about your inquiry: based on the consent you give when submitting the form, which you can withdraw at any time.
Analytics and advertising cookies: based on your consent, given through our cookie banner.
To run and secure the website, and prevent spam and fraud: based on our legitimate interests.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations: based on legal obligation.
Phone calls and text messages
If you submit your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone call or text message, including by automated means, about your inquiry and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling you by emailing us. We do not sell or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, form and CRM tools, communication tools, analytics and advertising platforms, and our accountants and legal advisors. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. When we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we rely on safeguards recognized under the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep inquiry and lead information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a business relationship, in which case we keep it for the duration of that relationship and as required by law.
